It shows the real condition inside the pipe — grease, roots, scale, cracks, sags and blockages — and locates each problem precisely, so any work is targeted instead of guesswork.
A jetting nozzle sends water through the line at high pressure: forward jets cut through the blockage while reverse jets scrub the full pipe wall clean. The pressure and nozzle are matched to the pipe based on what the camera shows first, so it clears grease, sludge, scale and roots without harming sound pipe — and we re-run the camera afterward to confirm.
It’s a scheduled camera inspection of your building’s drains and sewer lines once a year, with a documented report each time. Members also receive preferred-customer treatment — priority scheduling, locked-in pricing and front-of-line response for all their plumbing and mechanical needs.
